1- Return Policy

We offer a 15-day return policy from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

Unopened, unused, and in its original condition.
Packed in the original box (if available) and shipped back to the return address provided via email.

2- Important Notes:

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where a damaged or incorrect product is delivered. In such cases, we will refund the shipping fee, but we must be informed within 48 hours of delivery with evidence.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Returns are processed once the item is received and inspected by our team, and refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7 business days.

3- Return Process:

Contact us at info@thebookbash.com within 15 days of receiving your order to initiate the return.
Provide your order number, a description of the issue (damaged or incorrect item), and supporting photos, if applicable.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label (if the return is due to an error on our part) and detailed instructions for returning the item.

4- Exchange Policy

5- Bulk Orders
