At The Bookbash, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please review our return and refund policies below to facilitate a smooth resolution.

1- Return Policy

We offer a 15-day return policy from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unopened, unused, and in its original condition.
  • Packed in the original box (if available) and shipped back to the return address provided via email.


2- Important Notes:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where a damaged or incorrect product is delivered. In such cases, we will refund the shipping fee, but we must be informed within 48 hours of delivery with evidence.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Returns are processed once the item is received and inspected by our team, and refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7 business days.

3- Return Process:

  • Contact us at info@thebookbash.com within 15 days of receiving your order to initiate the return.
  • Provide your order number, a description of the issue (damaged or incorrect item), and supporting photos, if applicable.
  • Once your return request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label (if the return is due to an error on our part) and detailed instructions for returning the item.

4- Exchange Policy

If you receive a defective or damaged product, or if the item does not match your order, you are eligible for an exchange. Contact customer service within 15 days of receiving the product, and we will arrange the exchange at no additional cost.


5- Bulk Orders

For bulk orders, exchanges are only available if the product arrives damaged. We will only replace the quantity that was damaged during delivery, not the entire order.


6- Non-Returnable Items

  • Used books which are received as described.
  • Any digital products.
  • Any new products which are read and being returned after reading.

7- Refund Policy

If your return or exchange request is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used to make the purchase. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.


8- Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled before they are shipped.
  • Once the product has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible, and the return policy will apply.

9- Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact our customer service within 48 hours of receiving the product. Provide images or proof of the damage, and we will initiate an exchange or refund.
